How long does a typical project take? ↓
It depends on the scope. A brand identity project typically takes 3–5 weeks. A full website build runs 4–8 weeks. Social media management is ongoing. During our discovery call, we'll give you a realistic timeline based on your specific project and our current availability.
Do you require a contract and deposit? ↓
Yes. Every project starts with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered. Retainer clients are billed monthly at the start of each period.
What if I don't know which service I need? ↓
That's completely fine — it's actually one of the most common situations we work with. Book a free discovery call and tell us about your business and goals. We'll recommend a starting point that makes the most strategic sense for where you are right now.
Do you work with clients outside the US? ↓
Absolutely. We work with clients across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and beyond. All of our work is delivered digitally and our discovery calls happen via Zoom, so location is never a barrier.
Can I see examples of your work first? ↓
Of course. Head to our Portfolio & Case Studies page to see featured work, real client results, and full case studies that walk through the challenge, what we did, and the outcome. We're proud of everything in there.
Do you offer payment plans? ↓
For larger projects, we can structure milestone-based payments. This is discussed during the proposal stage. We want to make high-quality creative work accessible without putting strain on your cash flow — just ask and we'll find something that works.
What makes Studio Meraki different from other agencies? ↓
We lead with strategy, not just aesthetics. Every project starts with understanding your business goals before we touch a design tool. You also get direct access to the people doing the work — no account managers or junior handoffs. And we genuinely care about your results, not just the deliverable.
How do revisions work? ↓
Most of our projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions built into the scope. We present work with clear rationale so revisions tend to be focused and minimal. If a project requires additional revision rounds beyond what's scoped, we discuss that transparently before proceeding.
